Hayal was trained as an agent by Gladio from a young age. She was assigned to monitor Eşref starting from the orphanage and to infiltrate his life. Known for her cold-blooded, stubborn, and dangerous personality, Hayal never questioned her loyalty to the mission — until she began to feel genuine emotions for Eşref. Once her identity was revealed, Eşref left her. However, Gladio reclaimed her. Now, with her feelings suppressed, she continues to serve as a Gladio agent, taking on even more ruthless missions.
